What is ZAPAMET's business

We specialise in advanced CNC machining, automation and robotics. We develop machines that address the current challenges facing the industry and allow companies to meet increasingly ambitious targets. We are a recognised partner in the aviation and automotive sectors, among others.

We design, build and retrofit for those who:

  • need complex, sophisticated systems or individual devices;
  • do not have their own design departments or want to support them with innovative thinking from the outside;
  • expect the highest precision and reliability in the solutions provided.

Our state-of-the-art machinery includes:

  • CNC milling machines: 3-, 4- and 5-axis;
  • CNC lathes;
  • Electrical discharge machines – EDM – 5 axes;
  • surface and cylindrical grinding machines;
  • laser for tubes and profiles;
  • welding robots;
  • hydraulic and eccentric presses up to 250 tonnes.

For high-speed maintenance, we harden the parts in-house. We have a welding shop with qualified welders who hold EN ISO3834-2 and EN 1090-1+A1 welding certificates.

We specialise in the processing of high-grade steels –
including steels with special physical and chemical properties.
This is an area that holds no secrets from us.

We use a state-of-the-art
PRODVISOR production management system.

integrator of KUKA robots

Our quality department

Where is this reliability coming from? The answer is simple. Our processes are closely monitored and improved by quality assurance specialists, whose work has resulted in ZAPAMET obtaining the following certificates:

  • ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality certifications. It is a guarantee that our quality management processes meet rigorous international standards, enabling us to carry out production for the most demanding sectors: aviation, military and space.
  • EN ISO3834-2 and EN 1090-1+A1 welding certifications. These certifications attest to our ability to carry out welding work, which results in the highest durability and reliability of structures.
  • KUKA integrator. This certification confirms our ability to implement and integrate KUKA robotics systems. This allows us to create high-performance and innovative automation solutions.
  • FRONIUS integrator. This document certifies that we specialise in advanced welding technologies.

Our measurement infrastructure includes, among others, a HEXAGON measuring arm and a 3D scanner. In the hands of professionals, these are invaluable tools that allow us to generate detailed reports – which, after all, are vital in the quality control process. They enable us to achieve the highest precision and consistency of the final product with the design. This in turn means a low risk of production errors and shorter lead times.
