What is ZAPAMET's? business?
We specialise in advanced CNC machining, automation and robotics. We develop machines that address the current challenges facing the industry and allow companies to meet increasingly ambitious targets. We are a recognised partner in the aviation and automotive sectors, among others.
We design, build and retrofit for those who:
- need complex, sophisticated systems or individual devices;
- do not have their own design departments or want to support them with innovative thinking from the outside;
- expect the highest precision and reliability in the solutions provided.
Our state-of-the-art machinery includes:
- CNC milling machines: 3-, 4- and 5-axis;
- CNC lathes;
- electrical discharge machines – EDM – 5 axes;
- surface and cylindrical grinding machines;
- laser for tubes and profiles;
- welding robots;
- hydraulic and eccentric presses up to 250 tonnes.
For high-speed maintenance, we harden the parts in-house. We have a welding shop with qualified welders who hold EN ISO3834-2 and EN 1090-1+A1 welding certificates.
We use a state-of-the-art
PRODVISOR production management system.
